Information you send us. When you use the quote or contact form, you choose what to enter: your name, facility or company, email address, phone number, the service you need, your timeline and any details about the equipment you are moving.
Information sent automatically. Like most websites, the server hosting this site may record standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. This is ordinary web server activity and is used for security and troubleshooting.
This is worth stating clearly, because it is unusual. The quote and contact forms on this website do not send your details to a database or a marketing platform. When you press send, the form opens your own email application with the details filled in, and nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself.
That means your information reaches us the same way any email does, through your email provider and ours. Until you press send in your own email app, we have received nothing.

Quote enquiries that do not become work are kept only as long as they are useful for following up.
Records connected to completed work are kept longer, because insurance, safety and tax obligations require it. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove what we are not required to keep.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who inside the business can see enquiry details.
No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and email in particular is not encrypted end to end by default. Please do not send patient information, protected health information or anything clinically sensitive through this website or by email. We do not need it to quote your work.
