A magnet does not fit through a door, and a linear accelerator does not care that the elevator was rated for it in 1998. Rigging is the part of this work where planning is the whole job.
Every lift is calculated and written down before we mobilize: the load, the gear, the sequence, the floor loading and what we do if something on the day is not what the survey found.
Rigging works best when it is integrated into the overall project plan rather than booked as a standalone lift. The crew needs to know how the equipment arrives, where it stages, what route it travels, what the facility allows, how the move is sequenced and what happens immediately after positioning. A technically sound rigging plan can still slip if the site is not ready or the other teams are not aligned.

The lift plan is written and shared with you: sequence, gear, crew, exclusion zones and timing. Permits and closures are arranged where the lift needs them.
Certified crews rig the load with rated hardware and lift to the plan. If conditions differ from the survey, the crew lead stops and calls rather than adapting on the fly.
The unit is landed, moved into the room on skates or air castors and positioned to tolerance, then checked before the gear comes off.
Yes. Where a lift needs a permit, a lane closure or a lot shutdown, we arrange it as part of the plan and build the lead time into your schedule.
We calculate the point loads for the route, not just the destination, and coordinate with your facilities engineer or a structural engineer where the numbers are close. Spreader plates and load spreading are part of the plan, not an afterthought.
That gets answered at survey, not on the day. Where there is genuinely no route, the options are a window or wall panel removal, a roof lift, or a crane through a knockout panel. All three are things we plan for and quote.
